“First impression is always most effective impression and there is no second chance to make first impression.” Fliers often develop opinion about a specific airliner based on their interactions with flight attendants. That is why airliner like Kingfisher Airlines hired Manoviraj Khosla, a noted fashion designer to design the outfit of its air hostesses and male stewards. The Virgin Atlantic owned by Richard Branson is very famous of paying his stewardesses a lot of attention.
